HO Brass - CIL 2444.1 Louisville & Nashville L&N E7 AA set 1960s Gray and Yellow
by the 1960s most railroads were getting rid of their fully cowled locomotives in favor of GPs and SDs And other similar engines. Many railroads wanted to keep these engines going however. Especially for passenger service! The Louisville and Nashville painted these engines in a striking gray and yellow paint scheme. Notice also the port holes are covered over. Challenger imports did an excellent job on these engines. They are not the same as each other! Look at the photos carefully.
This is a truly phenomenal set
- both units operate flawlessly
- Includes parts bags
- Factory painted at Boo Rim
