Product Description:
The EMD NW-5 was built exclusively for the Great Northern Railroad. Like the NW-3, this unique design was like a traditional switcher but with a longer frame and ROAD trucks. This allowed these to see service in many applications. The #186 is known as the 'Hutch' Locomotive and would be often seen with the long 'Hutch' Caboose.

I DO NOT EXPECT THIS MODEL TO RUN WELL IF AT ALL. These models had a factory defect in the drives. I am selling this model as is. No returns for drive issues.

This ensures that any issues with shipping or the model are resolved solely between the customer and Adam's Brass Basement LLC. We do not engage with third-party repair technicians regarding shipment issues.
